Why Unseen Hope

Pastors carry everyone else's weight. Few people carry theirs.

For decades, the mental and emotional toll of ministry was simply not discussed. There were no channels, no support — and even when there were, most pastors couldn't afford them.

Unseen Hope exists to change that. And it's working.

Founder Terry Fouché intimately understands the unspoken struggles of dedicated individuals in church ministry. As a pastor, church planter, and through his global involvement with peers, he witnessed their silent battles without access to essential support. It was only when Terry, once feeling unseen himself in ministry's demanding landscape, acknowledged his own emotional challenges and sought specific assistance that he discovered a path to wholeness.

Unseen Hope serves as a bridge, connecting faith leaders with the resources and support they need on their journey towards emotional and spiritual healing and wholeness.

Who We Serve

We serve pastors, church planters, and missionaries who are spiritually and emotionally depleted - often in smaller churches and harder places, with no one designated to care for them.

These aren't people in crisis who need to be rescued. They're faithful leaders carrying more than anyone realizes, doing it quietly, without complaint. They need a trusted space to process what ministry actually costs them.

That's what Unseen Hope provides.

What We Do

We offer one-on-one spiritual direction, coaching, soul care, and pastoral care. This isn't therapy, it's a sacred space to talk honestly about the spiritual and emotional realities of life in ministry.

Right now, we're walking alongside 50+ leaders every month. The need keeps growing.

The care is free to those who receive it, and donors make that possible.

Why It Matters

A depleted leader doesn't just affect themselves; their depletion travels downstream to everyone they serve.

When a pastor is restored, that travels too.

Unseen Hope has been doing this work since 2023. The leaders we support go back to their congregations, their families, and their communities changed. Your support makes that possible at no cost to them.

How You Can Help

Every leader we serve receives care at no cost to them. Every dollar that makes that possible comes from people like you.

Unseen Hope is three years in, fully operational, and growing faster than current funding allows. Your gift directly funds care for a pastor, planter, or missionary who has spent their life giving to others and has nowhere to turn.

That's the gap you fill.
